Cali Burger - butter lettuce, slow-roasted tomato, house spread, house-made American cheese, caramelized onions. There's some gruiere cheese in that mix...with the onions in there it reminds you of cheese topped french onion soup.
There is a U (for Umami) branded on the top of each bun
Ahi Tuna Burger - hand-chopped ahi tuna, crushed avocado, pickled ginger, sprouts, wasabi tartar spread. I asked for mine rare. It was fantastic.

The shoestring fries were light and crispy all the way to the end. Their ketchup is mixed with just a little bit of soy sauce...unexpected, but welcome.
